Detoxing The Body’s Detoxification System – Part 2

Detoxing The Body’s Detoxification System – Part 2

In my last article I wrote about Colonic Irrigation and the Sea Salt Flush as two means of cleaning out your colon.  I want to express again that Intestinal Cleaning is the first step in detoxing, and most medical issues are caused and exacerbated by a buildup of toxic waste material that first accumulates in our intestines and then spreads to other parts of our body.  Keeping your colon clean will help keep you healthy by removing toxins and preventing sickness and diseases.  I’m sharing this information with you because this is what helps me stay healthy and away for doctors, medications, drugs, and operations.  I also work with many people whose health is out of balance and assist them in getting their life back in balance.  I’m making no claims that this is what you should do.  I’m not a doctor or physician and if you decide to follow any of the information I’m sharing you are on your own.

I want to share with you a few more treatments I’ve done and experienced.  The Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) treatment works very well for severe constipation, difficulty absorbing food, and kidney/bladder congestion or unable to have a colonic.  For one week, mix one teaspoon of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) with an 8 oz glass of warm water and drink first thing in the morning.  This will flush your entire digestive tract and colon within an hour by eliminating several times.  Your stools will be watery for as long as the intestinal waste is being disposed of.  You can do this treatment twice a year.  You can expect gas; bloating and mild cramping and your tongue may become covered white and thicker than normal, which indicates increased intestinal cleansing. If you know you can’t tolerate Epsom salts you can use Magnesium Citrate or similar methods instead.  Don’t use Epson Salt (magnesium sulfate) if you have abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting, unless directed by a doctor.  Some physicians seem concerned about Epson Salt may increase your blood pressure or be harmful to your kidneys, so use caution if you decide to use this method.

When I was a young boy, Castor oil was traditionally used to clear waste material from the intestines which still works when you’re an adult.  It is less irritating than Epson salts and has no side effects.  Take one to three teaspoons of castor oil in 1/3 glass of warm water on an empty stomach first thing in the morning or before going to sleep at night (it depends on which works best for you).  This product is great for constipation.  I also would not normally use this if I am doing a liver and gallbladder cleanse unless I had an allergy to the Epsom salts or magnesium citrate, then castor oil could be used as a substitute.

Enema treatments involve introduction of liquids into the rectum for the purpose of cleansing and nourishment of the colon.  Enemas alleviate constipation, distension, chronic fever, common cold, headache, sexual disorders, kidney stones, vomiting, low backache, stiffness or pain in neck, back and shoulders, hyperacidity and fatigued to only mention a few of its benefits.

There are Four Types of Enema’s you can choose to do.  First is the oil enema.  This is done by taking a ½ cup of warm sesame oil and perform the enema while lying on your back with your legs elevated.  Hold the oil in your rectum and colon for as long as possible, usually for 30 minutes or longer; turning on your right side will help make this easier, then expel the waste.  People with diabetes, obesity, indigestion, enlarged spleens should avoid oil enemas and opt for a water or decoction enema.

The decoction or water enema is the second type of enema and consists of taking up to a half liter or 16 oz of Chaparral, Comfrey tea or one liter of plain water at room temperature.  The enema is for people with the above problems and should not be taken more often than once or twice a week.  Avoid if you suffer from hemorrhoids, inflammation of the anus, diarrhea, of if pregnant.

The third type of enema is the Coffee enema.  This one lowers the serum (blood) toxins.  Coffee enema’s stimulates the visceral nervous system, and removes toxic bile form the duodenum out the rectum.  This enema is great if you are feeling tired and sluggish, or have pain in the mid or upper back, which might indicate you have a toxic liver.  The effects and relief are often immediate.  I take three heaping tablespoons of ground organic coffee (no instant or processed coffee) into 16 oz of boiling water.  I boil it for three minutes, then turn down the flame and let it simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.  Next filter the coffee into a coffee filter or cheese cloth and make sure no coffee substance is left at the bottom.  Let it cool to body temperature and perform the enema as you lay on your back with your legs elevated.  Hold the solution for 15 to 20 minutes, then release.  I find turning to my right side makes this easier.  This enema is really good for cancer, liver, and heart disease, and can be taken more frequently as often as every other day.

The fourth type of enema is the Urine Enema.  This is good for any type of skin conditions like acne and pimples.  You collect your urine starting in the morning (using mid-stream only) until you have one or two liters.  Administer the enema in late afternoon before eating.  You can warm it up with a little hot water if desired.  Lie on your back and administer.  You can lift your knees upwards towards your chin and hold for six minutes and roll to your right side for about 10 minutes or longer if you can then expel it.  I know the thought of a urine enema sounds discussing but urine contains the perfect mixture of vitamins, hormones, minerals, antibodies and is especially good for colon health and helps restore flora.  It’s a great enema for candida suffers.

Now that we have the gastrointestinal track cleaned, we can start looking at other methods that help the body in its detoxing process and preserve our health. What’s next you may be wondering?  You will find out in the next article I write.

As always if you have any questions or concerns feel free to contact me, until next time, I wish you great health, wealth and happiness.
