Detoxing the Liver & Gallbladder – Part 2

Detoxing the Liver & Gallbladder – Part 2

The Actual Flush – Once again I’m sharing this information with you because this is what helps me stay healthy and away form doctors, drugs, and operations.  I also work with many people whose health is out of balance and assist them in getting their life back in balance.  I’m making no claims that this is what you should do.  I’m not a doctor or physician and if you decide to follow any of the information I’m sharing you are on your own.

The Actual Flush is done in the evening starting at 6:00 p.m.:  Add four tablespoons of Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) to a total of 24 ounces (three 8 oz glasses) filtered water in a jar.  This makes four 6-oz servings.  Drink you first portion (3/4 glass or 6 oz.) now.  You may take a few sips of water afterward to neutralize the bitter taste in the mouth, or add a little lemon juice to improve the taste.  Some people drink it through a plastic straw to bypass the taste buds on the tongue.  Closing the nostrils while drinking it works well for most people.  It is also helpful to brush your teeth or rinse out your mouth with baking soda.  The main action of the Epsom salt is to dilate (widen) the bile ducts in the liver, making it easy for the stones to pass.  The salts clear out any waste that may obstruct the release of the stones.  (If allergic to Epsom salts or just can’t get them down, you may use instead the second best choice – magnesium citrate, at the same dosage).  Set out the citrus fruit you will be using later, so that it can warm to room temperature.

8:00 p.m.:  Drink your second serving (3/4 glass or 6 oz.) of Epsom salts.

9:00 p.m.:  If you have not had a bowel movement until now and have not done a colon cleanse within the past 24 hours, take a water enema; this will trigger a series of bowel movements.

9:45 p.m.:  Thoroughly wash the grapefruits (or lemons and oranges).  Squeeze them by hand and remove the pulp.  You will need ¾ glass or 6 oz. of juice.  Pour the juice and ½ glass or 4 oz. of olive oil into the pint jar.  Close the jar tightly and shake hard, about 20 times or until the solution becomes watery.  Ideally, you should drink this mixture at 10:00 p.m., but if you feel you still need to visit the toilet a few more times, you may delay this step for up to 10 minutes.

10:00 p.m.: Stand next to your bed (do not sit down) and drink the olive oil and juice concoction, if possible, without interruption.  Some people prefer to drink it through a large plastic straw.  Drinking it while keeping the nostrils closed seems to work best.  If necessary, use a little honey between sips, which helps the mixture go down more smoothly.  Most people, hove no problem drinking it in one go.  Do not take more than five minutes for this (only elderly or weak people may take longer).

Please Lie Down Immediately!  This is essential for helping to release the gallstones!  Turn off all lights and lie flat on your back with one or two pillows propping your head up.  Your head should be higher than your abdomen.  If this is uncomfortable, lie on your right side with your knees pulled towards you head.  Lie perfectly still for at least 20 minutes, and try not to speak or talk!  Put your attention on your liver.  Some people find it beneficial to place a castor oil pack over the liver area.

You may feel the stones traveling along the bile ducts like marbles.  There won’t be any spasms or pain because the magnesium in the Epsom salts keeps the bile duct valves wide open and relaxed, and the bile that is excreted along with the stones keeps the bile ducts well lubricated.  (This is very different than in the case of a gallstone attack where magnesium and bile are not present.)  Go to sleep if you can, I usually have no problems falling right to sleep.

If at any time during the night you feel the urge to have a bowel movement, go do so.  Check if there are already many small gallstones (from pea-green or tan-colored ones) floating in the toilet.  There were a few times I did feel a little nauseated during the night or early morning hours.  When this occurred I found it was mostly due to a strong, sudden outpouring of gallstones and toxins from my liver and gallbladder, or I was laying flat and gravity was pushing the oil mixture back into my stomach.  The nausea will usually pass quickly if you sit up slightly in bed.

The Following Morning, 6:00 – 6:30 a.m.:  Upon awakening but not before 6:00 a.m., drink your ¾ glass or 6 oz. of Epson salts.  If you feel very thirsty, drink a glass of warm water, before taking the salts.  Rest, read or meditate.  If you are still sleepy, go back to bed, although I find it best if the body stays in an upright position.  I feel fine usually, to do some light exercises, something like yoga or stretching.

8:00 – 8:30 a.m.:  Drink your fourth and last 3/4/glass of Epsom salts.

10:00 – 10:30 a.m.:  I start drinking freshly pressed fruit juice at this time.  One half-hour later, I find I can eat one or two pieces of fresh fruit.  About an hour later I can eat regular (but light) foods.  By evening or the next morning I’m back to normal and feel the first signs of great improvements in clarity, alertness, and energy.  I usually continue to eat light meals during the following two or three days.  You need to remember, your liver and gall bladder have undergone major “surgery” without the harmful side effects or expense of the standard medical treatments.

Note: Drink water whenever you feel hungry or thirsty, except right after drinking the Epsom salts and for the first two hours after drinking the oil and great fruit mixture.

Results You Can Expect:  During the morning and afternoon hours following the liver flush, you will have a number of watery bowel movements.  These will consist of gallstones mixed with food residue, and then just stones mixed with water.  The gallstones are pea-green and float in the toilet because they contain bile compounds.  The stones will be in different shades of green and may be bright colored and shiny like gemstones.  Only bile from the liver can cause this green color.  The stones come in many sizes, shapes and colors.  The light colored stones are the most recent.  The dark-green stones are the oldest.  Some will be pea-sized or smaller, but I’ve have passed big one up to ½ to ¾ of an inch in diameter and not feel them pass.  There have been dozens and sometimes even hundreds of stones of different sizes and colors coming out all at once.

Look for the tan-colored and white stones.  These may sink to the bottom with the stool.  These are calcified gallstones that have been released from the gallbladder.  They contain heavier toxic substances, containing small amounts of cholesterol.  All green and yellowish stones are soft as putty, thanks to the action of the apple juice.  You can use a small fish net for aquariums to look around your stones and separate the stool.  You may even fine a layer of white or tan colored chaff or “foam floating in the toilet.  The foam consists of millions of tiny white, sharp-edged cholesterol crystals, which can easily rupture small bile ducts and are important to release.  Try to get a rough estimate of how many stones you have eliminated.

To permanently cure bursitis, back pain, allergies and other health issues, and prevent other diseases from arising, you need to remove all the stones.  As I mention I’m on my 11th flush.  You may require at least 8 to 12 flushes, which can be performed at three-week or monthly intervals.  (Do not flush more frequently than that!)  The three-week break between flushes may include the six-day preparation for the next liver flush; I usually start after the three weeks have passed.  If you can’t flush this often, take more time between flushes.

Remember that once you have started cleansing the liver, you should keep cleansing it until no more stones are coming out during two consecutive flushes.  Leaving the liver half clean for long time (three or more months) may cause greater discomfort and harm than not cleaning it at all.  The liver will function more efficiently just after the first flush.  I noticed great improvements within several hours of my first flush and each one I’ve done after that.  I’ve notice body aches and pains lessen, energy increases, and my mind seem clearer and seem too improved considerably.

I know within a few days after flushing, in my early flushes other stones from the rear of the liver can traveled “forward” toward the two main bile ducts (hepatic ducts) and can cause some or all of the previous symptoms of discomfort to return.  Don’t be disappointed because the recovery from some of your illnesses seems so short-lived.   This means is that some stones were left behind, and are getting ready to be removed with the next flush.  You’ll see for yourself that the liver’s self repaired and cleansing responses will have increased significantly, adding a great amount of effectiveness to this extremely important organ of the body.

If after two consecutive flushes and you no longer are producing any stones, usually after 6 to 8 flushes, (in severe cases you may be looking at 12 or more flushes) before your liver is consider “stone-free.”

Repeat the liver flush every six to eight month.  Each flush will give a further boost to the liver and take care of any toxins or new stones that may have accumulated in the mean time.

Caution:  Never cleanse when you are suffering an acute illness, even if it is just a simple cold.  If you suffer from a chronic illness, however, cleansing your liver may be the best thing you can do for yourself.  However, don’t attempt to flush if you are using prescribed medications, such as antibiotics, steroids, painkillers, statins or other suppressive drugs.  The liver cannot both break down/release these drugs and suppress this activity (which drugs do) at the same time.  It is best to wait with liver flushing until drug intake has been discontinued for at least 10 days.

Important Please Read Carefully: The liver flush is the most invaluable methods to regain your health.  If you follow my suggestions to the letter, there are no risks involved.  Take this precautionary note very seriously.  There are many people who have used a liver flush recipe that they received from a friend or through the Internet, and they suffered unnecessary complications.  They did not have complete knowledge of the procedure and the way it works, believing that just expelling the stones from the liver and gallbladder was sufficient just the first time, it’s not, you want at least two consecutive flushes with no stones at all, for your liver and gallbladder to be considered cleaned.

It is likely that, on their way out, some gallstones will be caught in the colon.  They can quickly be removed through colonic or enema’s irrigation.  This should ideally be done on the second or third day after the liver flush.  If gallstones remain in the colon, they can cause irritation, infection, headaches, abdominal discomfort, thyroid problems, and so on.  These stones can eventually become a source of toxemia in the body.  If colonics are not available where you live, you can take a coffee enema, followed by a water enema, or else, do two or three consecutive water enemas.  Still, this may not guarantee that all the remaining stones will be removed.  If you mix one level teaspoon of Epsom salts with one glass of warm water and drink it first thing in the morning on the day of any other chosen colon cleanse following the liver flush that will usually do the trick and remove all the stones.

If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.  Until next time I wish you great health, wealth and happiness.
